We live in the beautiful mountains of west central Idaho where we manage an serve as chefs for a camp.  Over the years we have developed many recipes and spice blends our guests have come to love.  My mother handed down to me many wonderful recipes and the love of hospitality through good food.  In honor of her heritage, we bring you products using the finest, freshest spices and herbs available.
